I was really impressed with young man’s work ethic. These days it’s hard to some who goes that extra mile he does that and more. Crawling around an attic space for five+ hours laying and then finishing some indoor electrical work was amazing. My fluorescent fixture in my closet went out and after I replaced bulbs and ballast, still didn’t work. Then took my wife’s advice and called the an electrician. I choose Gilmore after hearing their commercial on line at BCSball.com (Gil Talks Sports). They were on time and Parker was very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. He told me they weren’t using ballasts anymore but rather bulbs that took direct current (no ballast). I admit I did have a little sticker shock at the price. That’s the only negative. ($400 to fix my closet light!!!!) Parker then explained about the Gilmore Club where I pay no service charge for a year on any service and 15% discount on bulbs. Joining made my cost for the day a dollar cheaper than not joining so no brainer. Parker then did my free total house electricity check and explained what he found. Very pleased with Gilmore and Parker was great.

Exemplary company! Justin was absolutely wonderful! Very informative about what needed to be done with the kindest and friendliest demeanor. Very happy with this company. Hands down a great experience from scheduling with Elizabeth to Justin making sure we had functioning power. Definitely recommend. Five stars quality service.

I had an excellent (10/5 stars!) experience with Gilmore Electric Express and especially Chayce. I called yesterday to request an appointment as a first-time customer and Liz scheduled an appointment for me for the very next day (less than 24 hours) and explained the service fee and their upfront pricing policy. I got text and email notifications, and even a live update on their truck’s arrival during the service window. Chayce arrived on time at the beginning of the service window and provided a thorough consultation on my issues and then ensured he quoted me an accurate amount while explaining exactly what that would entail. Chayce then checked for everything with an amazing attention to detail, going above and beyond to help me feel safe and secure in my home. He was also a real pleasure to talk to and I felt very comfortable having him in my home the entire time he was there. I had previously had a very poor experience with two other local companies and I was so anxious to try a third, but when he left I realized I felt a weight come off my shoulders that I didn’t know I had been carrying (relative to my home’s electrical work). Gilmore Crew were on time. Efficient with all items installing the new fan and the new very bright garage strip lites. Patio will be more Comfortable this Summer and fun using different shades of purple 😆
